*Price is based on 70 square feet of 12 x 12 ceramic or porcelain tile to ceiling with bullnose and 40 square feet on floors for a total of 110 square feet. Prices will be adjusted for patterns, inserts, different size tile, tear out of existing tile, or any structural repairs needed. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved by the client before any work is completed.
